About YIILD (York Institute of International Leadership Development

The York Institute of International Leadership Development, as the international training division of York Region District School Board, provides professional programs for educational, business and government clients.

YIILD has an established partnership with Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario. Through the use of our rich in-house resources, extensive network and innovative “floating faculty” approach we are able to design training programs that are truly customized to the needs and expectations of the clients, giving them a full-service experience which is personally, professionally and culturally enriching.

With an experienced team of leadership experts, curriculum development consultants and teacher training specialists, it is our strong belief that YIILD will be able to give participants of our programs a very enriched professional experience in the areas of interests.
